Delivery:

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. For pre orders an estimated date for delivery will be given.

 

• Card details are taken through an on-line secure server system provided by Barclaycard
• All transmissions of data are encrypted.
• You, the shopper, and The Company both receive confirmation of the transaction.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be defective  please contact us
All Hot Tubs and Spa have a security seal and once broken it is deemed that you have given up your right to cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights if the spa or hot tub is found to be faulty.
Please note that failure to supply the recommended power will void the manufacturer's warranty
